On-site Apartment Manager and Maintenance Team

On-site, full-time manager and maintenance team for 100 unit gated complex in Stockton, 95219. We are a smaller business with many years of experience in the community. We enjoy working closely with and supporting our coworkers.

Manager Position:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Advertising and renting vacant units, and associated documentation

-Rent collection, making deposits, serving any necessary notices, keeping collection records, and making reports

-Supervising maintenance and vendors, coordinating work in vacant and occupied units, ensuring supplies are ordered in a timely manner

-Keep all resident and property files updated and in order

-Work with main office to respond to resident concerns and enforce house rules

-Maintain office hours and availability to show units on weekends

Requirements:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Proficiency in English. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus.

-Good customer service skills.

-Organized and detail-oriented.

-Valid driver’s license, good driving record, current insurance, and operable vehicle

-Flexible schedule

-Any offer contingent on background check

Maintenance Position:

Required Experience/ Skills:

-Must have experience in apartment maintenance and/or construction. Work includes, but is not limited to, painting, light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

-Must have valid driver’s license, operable vehicle, current insurance, and good driving record

-Good customer service skills

-Organized and detail-oriented

-Any offer contingent on background check

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

-Fulfilling maintenance requests in a timely and courteous manner

-Working with on-site manager and vendors to turn units efficiently

-Preventive maintenance

-Daily walk through complex, inspect grounds and report any issues to management

-Maintain clean and orderly maintenance shop

-Coordinate with manager to insure all supplies are ordered in a timely manner

-Monitoring pool and spa

-On-call for emergencies
