Position: Framers
City: Manteca, CA
Range of Pay: $19.00 to $30.00 DOE
Shift: 1st Shift / 4 days a week, 10 hour days
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled tradespeople, including Welders, Plumbers, Carpenters, Electricians, and Framers, to join our team in a fast-paced modular manufacturing facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in the construction of high-quality modular buildings, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to strict safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute trade-specific tasks to assemble and construct modular building components.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards.
· Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
· Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in your trade, with certifications preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Work Environment:
These positions may require standing, bending, climbing and stooping for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Will work in a warehouse environment, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures and machinery.
