I own an unlawful detainer assistant business where I primarily help mom and pop landlords with very simple evictions.
We are licensed to offer eviction assistance directly to the public.
On occasion, I need an attorney to make a special appearance on behalf of plaintiff-landlords at simple court trials. Overwhelmingly the defendants are not represented, and by definition, the issue is limited to one cause of action.
I have decades of paralegal experience, a growing business with many repeat customers, and I'm looking to establish a relationship with a young attorney who would appreciate the opportunity for exposure to the court system in the context of cases that are overwhelmingly winnable and simple.
