Our company is growing and we are looking for a part-time contract corporate attorney to help us with all of our corporate documents. We are looking for a part-time associate attorney to help us with all of our legal needs for our organization.
Position Purpose:
Corporate and transactional attorney needed for a growing corporation.
Position is part-time contract and mostly remote position. Our offices are located in Pleasant Hill, CA.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
Provides legal representation to our company as well as to our management team, assessing the facts and issues of each scenario and counseling our team appropriately. Responds to our concerns in order to help us with corporate documents for our company and our clients. Represents the company internally and externally. Other duties as needed to support the legal and management goals of the company.
Required:
Expertise in business and real estate law
5+ years of transactional experience
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Must possess strong attention to detail and operate well both as a team player and on individual tasks
Ability to multi-task, operate against inflexible deadlines, and communicate regularly with clients on a range of practice group topics
J.D. and an active CA Bar License
Compensation:
$125.00 per an hour
