Maintenance Person for Mobilehome Community

Looking for a maintenance person for our mobilehome park. Orchard Estates is a very nice family owned mobilehome community located in Tracy. The position requires someone with general maintenance and great communication skills. Job will consist of weekdays for a total of 20-25 hours per week.
