General Landscaping outdoor Labor - Property Groundskeeper – $16–$20/hr DOE
Description:
We’re hiring a reliable General Groundskeeper Laborer to help manage with a wide range of property and equipment upkeep tasks. This is a physically demanding, outdoor job ideal for someone who isn’t afraid of hard work and takes pride in getting things done, and landscaping has a passion for plant & tree life.
Pay: $16–$20/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Lodi/Victor
Duties Include:
Landscaping and yard maintenance (mowing, weed-eating, clearing overgrowth)
Fence repair and installation
Sprinkler system install, maintenance, and repair
Greenhouse installation operations for tree and plant and nursery prep (planting zones, potting barn, irrigation setup etc.)
Equipment cleaning and support work in the shop as needed
General outdoor upkeep and support for projects (e.g. tractor, backhoe use, pressure washing)
Requirements:
Must be physically fit and able to work long hours outdoors
Experience with landscaping, fencing, irrigation, or equipment maintenance is a plus
Must have reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
We have a backlog of outdoor property maintenance, so we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. Long-term opportunity for the right fit.
