Architecture firm in need of an experienced Constructability Reviewer.
Responsibilities will include:
Review construction documents (Plans and Specifications) to identify potential constructability issues prior to the documents being completed and issued for bidding.
Identify information missing from the construction documents that would typically become a Request for Information (RFI) during the construction phase.
Identify conflicts or gaps in the construction documents that can lead to a trade missing scope or requiring re-design during the construction phase.
Detailed coordination of Landscape, Civil, Architectural, Structural, M-E-P disciplines.
General quality control review of construction documents.
This work can be done remotely using BlueBeam.
Pay will be hourly at a negotiated rate.

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience as an architect, project manager or project superintendent on California public school projects.
Excellent computer/technology skills.
Excellent communication skills.
College degree is a plus.
