Key responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries in person and over the phone.
- Schedule appointments and manage the repair calendar.
- Maintain accurate customer records and process payments.
- Communicate effectively with customers about their repair needs and provide updates.
- Coordinate with mechanics and other staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle customers complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote additional services and products to customers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of automotive terms and services (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in computer skills and office software.
- A positive attitude and a professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
