Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Manteca, CA

Department: Customer Service

Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a crucial link between our sales team and our clients. You will assist in handling customer inquiries, RFQ, resolving customer issues, and providing information in a timely and efficient manner to support sales activities and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to the sales team by handling inbound calls, emails, and other communications with potential and existing customers.

- Assist customers by providing detailed information about our PCBA services, pricing, and availability.

- Process orders, forms, applications, and quote requests from customers, ensuring accuracy and prompt follow-up.

- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's requirements, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.

- Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.

- Prepare reports on account status, customer issues, and other pertinent information required by the sales team.

- Help manage the flow of communication between key clients and internal teams.

- Actively participate in enhancing the customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

3-5 years of customer support experience, ideally in a manufacturing or technical field.

Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices in a B2B sales organization.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with CRM systems.
