Brief Description of Job Requirements:
We are searching for an experienced national account manager to oversee and manage established client relationships. In this role you are required to address your clients wants and needs through expectational service. Traveling will be required for this position, please do not respond to this ad if you are unable to travel on a regular basis.
In order to be an exceptional national account manager, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, ability to process workload in a timely manner, and be an expectational problem solver.
Responsibilities:
Must have a can do attitude
Must be able to follow directions
Building a trusting and professional relationship with clients and organizations
Promoting new sales, services, and product
Problem solving in a timely manner to get solutions for clients
Ensuring all accounts are attendant to and maintained
Must be able to travel
Must be proficient in office (excel,word,powerpoint, and outlook)
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in business management, business science or related field
Knowledge in epoxy and concrete flooring
Sales background with established book of business
A strong client-focused mindset
Dynamic and strong problem solver
Minimum 5 years in regional or national account manager position
