Description Robert Half is working with a small engineering firm in South San Francisco to identify a temp to hire Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. We are looking for someone who likes to have a variety of job tasks to complete through the day and who likes to multi task. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate. Experience with Accounts Payable

Day-to-Day An employer in the San Francisco area is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their office team. They will be reporting to the controller of the company. This role would be primarily involved with answering the office phone lines and directing calls to the appropriate parties as needed along with handling the daily mail delivery and reception into our building. This candidate would be involved in assisting the accounts payable specialist with printing, organizing and photocopying invoices. Other responsibilities are but not limited to:

Office management, including but not limited to ordering office supplies

Project folders setup

Matching accounts payable invoices with purchase orders

Handle certificate of insurance requests for construction jobs

Maintain logs of pre-lien insurance issuance

Data entry and any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele

Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

Be detailed, flexible, and organized

Receptionist Duties experience

Experience with Distribute Incoming Mail

Command of Receptionist Duties

Proficiency in Inbound Telephone Calls

Customer service experience preferred

Energetic, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

1+ years of related experience
