Help Desk Analyst I

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Solana Beach, California. As a Help Desk Analyst I, your role will be to manage ticketing queues, support internal staff, students, and faculty, and work with a lean tech team. Your responsibilities will also extend to supporting Mac and Google workspaces, handling password resets, and troubleshooting various technical issues.Responsibilities: Efficiently manage daily ticketing queues via Freshdesk Provide technical support to internal staff, students, and faculty Collaborate with a lean tech team, including AV, Network, and Helpdesk Managers Support Mac and Google workspaces and handle ticketing related to the same Assist with password resets and troubleshoot issues related to saving into drives Provide face-to-face support and ad hoc assistance as needed Work with cloud-based applications Handle service calls for un-jamming printers locally when required Show eagerness to learn and take on responsibilities, with the potential for training if needed Leverage senior resources for assistance with more complex tickets.
