We are about providing great opportunities for our people. We pay great, with apprentice wages from $22-35/ hour and opportunities to grow to crew leaders, trainers and project managers. Yes we paint houses but what really do is provide an awesome experience to our clients. Our painters go home each night feeling great about what they did to improve and beautify their clients home, street and community. Yes they are tired and worked their butts off but they feel great about what they did and accomplished. The next day they wake up excited about moving to a new location and having a new challenge.
