Van Builder / Assembly / Component Installer (San Luis Obispo) – Join the VANNON Team!
Location: San Luis Obispo, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22 - $30+ per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: 9/80 Work Schedule (Every other Friday off)
-Week 1: Monday - Thursday (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
-Week 2: Monday - Thursday (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Position: Builder / Assembly / Component Installer
Responsibilities:
-Build and assemble key components for custom vans.
-Install accessories and essential features with precision.
-Use power tools to drill, grind, cut, and fasten materials.
-Follow instructions, build procedures, and safety guidelines.
-Ensure quality craftsmanship while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
-Hands-on experience in RV, marine, or 12V electrical systems including knowledge of Victron and EcoFlo components is a major plus.
-Experience in construction, woodworking, metalworking, automotive parts installation, and basic plumbing is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
-Proficiency with power tools such as drills, saws, and grinders.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Dependability and punctuality – being on time is crucial.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks.
-A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
