What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in residential construction
Proficiency in one or more trades (carpentry, framing, etc.)
Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Team player with a positive attitude
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between construction sites located from Cayucos to the Five Cities area are required
