What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in rain gutter installation, roofing, or related exterior construction.
Skills: Proficiency in seamless gutter fabrication (aluminum, copper, steel), on-site measurements, and installation techniques (OG/K-Style, Half-Round, Fascia). Roofing experience (shingles, metal, or flat roofs) is a plus.
Work Ethic: Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Valid CA driver’s license, ability to work at heights, and basic tools.
Availability: Full-time; flexible for project-based work in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria, and surrounding areas.
