Goose Mechanical is looking for a HVAC Technician with experience. Located in Paso Robles. Includes company vehicle, paid holidays, and vacation. We do residential, commercial, and industrial sales, service, and installation of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.

Minimum Requirements:

Need clean DMV

EPA Certification (or be ready to certify ASAP)

Tools for installation, maintenance, and service

Basic understanding of combustion, air flow, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration cycle.

Able to complete paperwork effectively and efficiently

Soft skills: Able to speak to people in a professional manner and explain complicated procedures in a simplified way as not to intimidate a customer or coworker.

Service area:

80% Paso Robles to San Luis

10% South of SLO (AG to Santa Maria)

10% North of Paso, (Bradley and Fort Hunter Liggett)

Projects include:

60% Residential replacement and new construction.

20% Commercial (TI & New Const) duct and equipment

10% Refrigeration Installation and repair

5% Electrical diagnostic and repair

5% Hydronic diagnostic and repair

You'll be asked to:

- Accept responsibility to complete the job scope.

- Share all duties within the scope of a team project.

- Lift heavy stuff over your head

- Crawl under buildings and in attics

- Climb tall ladders and walk on roofs and scaffold

- Maintain a pleasant attitude

- Be respectful to beings and property
