We are a professional property management company looking for 3rd party vendors to contract out general handyman/contractor work to. The majority of the properties that we manage are in the City of San Luis Obispo, with a small number of properties in the Five Cities area.
Scope of work includes but not limited to:
· Drywall repair (including sanding, texturing, and touch up painting)
· Touch up painting
· Minor electrical (light fixture replacement, electrical outlet replacement, etc)
· Minor plumbing (garbage disposal repair/replacement, toilet tank part replacement, etc)
· Rekeys/lock replacements
· General handyman work
Vendors must carry or be covered by a Workman’s Comp or General Liability insurance policy.
Hourly rate is negotiable.
Vendors must fill out a ‘Vendor Packet’ prior to being eligible to receive work orders. Please contact our office in order to receive a packet to fill out.
