The Field Technician position is a seasonal, full-time position as a part of The Land Conservancy’s 4-Person Field Crew that is an integral part of the on-the-ground implementation of restoration and stewardship projects. Field Technician duties include invasive plant management utilizing herbicide, land stewardship and maintenance, native plantings and landscape maintenance, and other tasks as directed.

The position runs from October 14th, 2025 thru April 25th, 2025, but ending dates may be extended or subject to change depending on project needs and/or funding. Position includes paid holidays and paid sick days. Compensation will range $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
