Skilled remodel specialist needed.
Looking to hire a motivated, skilled individual who demonstrates a passion for quality construction techniques, values personal integrity, and enjoys working in a team environment building homes, energy-efficient remodels, and energy-efficiency upgrades in San Luis Obispo County. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in their perspective trade, and a desire to cross-train to learn other trades.
Minimum candidate requirements:
Extremely responsible and always on time with a reliable vehicle.
Five years of experience in one of the following specialized trades: rough carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC.
Physically fit and without fear of climbing ladders or working in confined spaces
High-school graduate with good reading, writing and at least basic math skills
Willing to engage in technical training on building efficiency and energy related issues
Aiming for excellence and motivated to perform quality work.
Clean DMV record with no DUI’s and no drug or criminal convictions
