We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the teardown, identification of damages, following OEM procedures, and repairing vehicles to their pre-loss condition. Key Responsibilities:
Perform tear down of vehicles to accurately identify all damages.
Assess and document the extent of damage and necessary repairs.
Follow OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) procedures for all repairs.
Repair and restore vehicles to their pre-loss condition.
Ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry standards for safety and quality.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of vehicle body structures and repair techniques.
Ability to follow OEM procedures and guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
