Athena Security’s mission is to help save people’s lives through technology. Our product, concealed weapon detection, is designed for entryways and can detect if there is a possible weapon without stopping each person as with traditional metal detection. We are a hardware and software solution.
As a public facing part of Athena Security, you will be responsible for ensuring the customer has an exceptional experience with their new WDS installation. This person will instill professionalism in appearance and client communication. Not only does this person interact with the client face-to-face, but over the phone and through support channels.
As part of this position, you will be the primary point of contact with a client to make sure they have all of their equipment and trainings done prior to their installation date; this includes, but is not limited to:
Working with vendors
Collecting correct information from client the first time you interact with them
Distributing training materials
Answering questions prior to install
Installing the concealed weapon detection
Training the client on our hardware and software solutions
Troubleshooting if system should need
Present solution in Person or over phone
You are a good fit for this position if you:
Can follow step-by-step instructions
Train others to compliance standards
Know how to use Apple (iOs) system
Organize appointments
Maintain inventory
Lift 35 pounds
Job Type: Contract
Salary: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 60 per week
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
Willingness to travel:
