To oversee the use of the City's Soto Sports Complex; and to perform a variety of duties relative to assigned area of responsibility. This is a part-time, seasonal position, occurring most frequently on weekends during the summer months.
Position requirements may include but are not limited to: prepare facility for use, assist groups with set-up, and clean up of the Soto Sports Complex per reservation including unlocking and locking gates, trash removal and restroom monitoring.
Prepare athletic fields for the various sports including chalking the fields, setting bases and raking infields.
Ensure that groups using the Soto Sports Complex observe all appropriate rules and guidelines.
Accurately report any damage or problems associated with uses of the Soto Sports Complex.
Communicate professionally with City staff, Sports Complex patrons and relay necessary information through documentation or by phone, to appropriate City staff.
Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
