Established contractor in need of Project & Service Coordinator
Experienced Service Coordinator preferred, but willing to train a motivated hire.
This position will require the ability to type, navigate Word and Adobe Pro.
This position will require interacting with both new and established clients on a daily bases.
Responsibilities Include
- Communicating with clients (verbal and by email)
- Scheduling Technicians
- Managing/ Work Orders
- Invoicing/ Work Orders
- Bidding repair work
- Up Sale/ Cross Sale other products and services
