Experiences sales rep

Ideally, we are looking for an experienced roofing salesman. Or at least someone with years of roofing experience that is capable of sales. We are a local roofing company out of Atascadero. In the last year, we are spreading so fast. We Have recently just expanded all the way to Santa Barbara, Fresno and Salinas. This has left me too thin. I need someone to help take over the Slo and or Salinas market. You will have to get on every roof and inspect it. Then create an estimate for them etc. Ideally, if A person wants to do sales and installation that would work as well. The sales position could be full time or just shy of full time if need be.
