Now Hiring – Mushroom Production & Retail Associate (Paso Robles)
Join our team at Mighty Cap Mushrooms, a local, sustainable mushroom farm and retail shop. We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to assist with mushroom production, packaging, and customer service in our retail store.
Job Duties:
Harvesting and processing fresh gourmet mushrooms
Packing and labeling products for sale and delivery
Assisting customers in our retail store
Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and safe
Ideal Candidate:
Punctual, detail-oriented, and physically capable (able to lift 50 lbs)
Enjoys working with their hands and being part of a small, passionate team
Customer-friendly with good communication skills
Schedule: Part-time or full-time available
Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
Location: Paso Robles CA
