We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team in San Luis Obispo. This role offers flexibility with full-time and part-time options, making it ideal for candidates with varying availability. The position combines administrative support, marketing, and real estate activities, with opportunities to earn a base salary plus commissions.
Role Overview:
Full-Time (40 hours/week): $30,000 base salary + 8% commission on net earnings.
Part-Time (30 hours/week): $24,000 base salary + 6% commission on net earnings.
Part-Time (20 hours/week): $18,000 base salary + 4% commission on net earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage schedules, appointments, and daily tasks.
Assist in client follow-ups, database updates, and task organization.
Marketing:
Create and distribute postcards, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Manage social media accounts, create engaging posts/reels, and execute marketing campaigns.
Take professional photos of listings and manage uploads to MLS and other platforms.
Real Estate Support:
Assist with home showings and open houses (preferred if licensed).
Collaborate on buyer and seller campaigns, including personalized letters and outreach.
Prepare CMAs and other materials for client presentations and door-knocking campaigns.
Client & Vendor Relations:
Handle closing gifts and implement retention strategies.
Coordinate with local vendors for marketing and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
Preferred: California Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with marketing tools (Canva, VistaPrint) and social media management.
Photography and MLS familiarity are a plus.
