Key Responsibilities:
● Serve as the main point of contact for service customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
● Schedule and coordinate service appointments, creating work orders and estimates.
● Communicate clearly with customers about service needs, timelines, and costs.
● Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and repairs.
● Upsell additional services, maintenance plans, and accessories as needed.
● Monitor the progress of service jobs and keep customers updated.
● Work with Parts Department to ensure timely repairs.
● Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
● Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service advisor position.
● Knowledge of boats, marine systems, or the boating industry is a strong plus.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency with computers.
● A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
