Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Process Manufacturers / Vendors claim daily.
Process requested parts returns by Manufacturers / Vendors.
Answer all necessary claim feedback.
Answer internal and external emails - daily.
Phone contact with Manufacturers / Vendors with questions on Warranty Claims when needed.
Work closely with service advisors / techs on approved Pre-Authorizations compiling correct information:
Manufacture, Model and Serial numbers, Pictures, Auth numbers from vendors etc.
Keep the Warranty Manager informed of all problems or potential problems.
Work with Vendors on VCB's and Authorizations when they have questions.
Booking / Submitting claims for payment
Answers incoming calls as needed.
Able to work in a high pace / high volume environment.
Requires bending, climbing, and kneeling to take photographs of various areas of an RV along with working in the warranty return parts shed sorting through return parts.
Willingness to learn many different components of an RV.
Miscellaneous office duties as assigned by management.
Help dealership stay compliant with manufacturer’s policy.
Daily Deposit
Answering Phones and directing to correct department or person.
Support Service Advisors when needed.
Attending staff meeting.
Experience Required:
Warranty claims processing Automotive or RV Industry knowledge helpful.
Previous Customer Service experience / handling minor customer concerns or complaints
Strong computer/typing skills.
Proficient in Word / Excel / Gmail / Google Docs
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy.
A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network attitude is everything!
Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given.
Successful candidates must be organized, positive and friendly with a follow through mindset.
