Meet with vendors onsite at properties
Maintain various records and documents

Trustworthy
Background in landscape and real estate a plus
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Must be non-smoker; no drugs
