Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Shipping & Office Assistant to help with day-to-day tasks. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, from preparing and shipping products to managing product photography and listings. Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Logistics:
Package and prepare products for shipment with care and precision.
Coordinate shipping schedules and track deliveries to ensure timely customer satisfaction.
Product Photography:
Take high-quality photos of products for online listings and marketing materials.
Edit and enhance images to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
Product Listings:
Create engaging and accurate product descriptions for our website and online marketplaces.
Ensure product listings are up-to-date, with accurate pricing and details.
General Office Assistance:
Manage basic administrative tasks, including emails, filing, and organizing inventory records.
Support creative projects and marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic photography skills and familiarity with photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Etsy, or similar) is a plus.
Reliable, with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift and handle packages safely (up to 25 lbs).
