Office Manager Position Available
Requirements:
Resourceful and a team player
Minimum 15 years’ experience working in an office.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Knowledgeable with Apple computers, phones and PC’s
Human Resource experience
Retail experience a plus
Duties:
Support Owner
Answer phones, emails and distribute mail
Accounts Payable – receive, code and send all invoices to owner for approval.
Weekly bank deposit and CPA folder drop off in Morro Bay
Manage time clock and employee timecards
Coordinate monthly Employee Safety and Training meetings
Support retail store manager and staff
Communicate with tenants, receive rent payments
Submit quarterly and annual reports related to farming
Support brokerage and sales team
Other duties
Hours:
Monday through Friday – 8:30 am to 2:30 pm –there is flexibly with the schedule.
Compensation:
Hourly rate $25.00, plus a generous employee discount in our Avocado Market.
