We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to handle customer inquiries, take phone orders, and prepare quotes for temporary fencing and portable restrooms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with orders and inquiries
Provide quotes for portable restrooms and temporary fencing services
Process orders and schedule deliveries using company software
Communicate with customers regarding pricing, availability, and scheduling
Maintain accurate records of customer orders and quotes
Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely service
Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and email correspondence
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or office administration preferred
Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
valid California drivers license
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, data entry)
Experience in the construction or rental industry is a plus but not required
