Full Charge Bookkeeper:
General description:
Part time, 3-4 days per week, flexible days and hours.
Permanent position, normally 30-32 hours per week
Some weeks during spring would require more hours/days

$23+ per hour negotiable DOE
Skills and Qualifications:
Oversee all financial transactions using QuickBooks
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial concepts
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Prepare and process accounts payables, oversee receivables, deposits, sales tax reporting and financial statement
Perform extensive data entry to ensure all financial data is entered to safeguard the accuracy of the general ledger
Prepare annual 1099’s
Month end journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations
Prepare month end reports for management
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Must know pivot tables and vlookup functions, formatting and the ability to work with large spreadsheets, while maintaining data integrity.
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Impeccable work ethic
Associates degree in accounting or business preferred, high school diploma required
3 years of experience Full Charge Bookkeeping acceptable in lieu of Associates degree
