Compensation Package:
Earn $50-60k in your first year (Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity)

Responsibilities:
Provide support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate job site visits with respect to client needs and crew strengths to ensure crews are meeting or exceeding brand delivery standards
Show strong priority and time management behaviors
Ensure that all field programs, systems, and initiatives are being executed at a high level
Build and foster a performance culture with flooring and painting crews to maximize productivity and profitability
Provide field training and coach flooring and painting crews to improve brand delivery and productivity
Take ownership with diligent client follow-up and follow-through
Facilitates the resolution of client warranty & workmanship issues
Ensure flooring and painting crews are compliant with Company, OSHA, and EPA safety guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
Spanish speaking is a plus
Construction/management experience preferred
Must have strong leadership skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Detail oriented and organized.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to navigate software based platforms.
Clean background check
Valid driver's license and vehicle

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
