Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in a dispatch or related role, be able to multitask and work well with others
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for providing accurate and timely dispatch information to ensure the efficient operation of our hvac technicians
Responsible for the timely and accurate dispatch of drivers and vehicles using company provided software and dispatch software
Responsible for clerical/office work in relation to service calls being scheduled and completed Provide dispatch information to drivers in a timely manner
Act as a liaison between drivers, customers, and management
