What We’re Looking For:
-1+ year of customer service experience
-Familiarity with CRM or ERP software
-Strong data entry skills (45+ WPM) and MS Office proficiency
-Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong follow-through
-Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
-Calm under pressure and comfortable with deadlines
