Seeking part time 2-3 days a week position for administrative assistant to help in a new business in construction. Job descriptions would include: Employee time keeping and dispatch for work, processing invoices and performing collection duties, helping organize with job flow general planning, possibly working in the field to help understand construction processes, streamlining business operations, assisting in choosing and implementation of useful industry technologies in the office and in the field. Potential for full time work if desired as business grows. Must be good with current technologies, apps, skilled with communications, professional and clean. Experience working in Excel, and other computer programs preferred.
