Bookkeeping Data Entry

Catch me up on my 2025 bookkeeping. A small business and two rentals with a lot of receipts. Can be done in QuickBooks or Quicken, but candidate must be skilled in one of these programs. Compensation based on competence. Part time work 10 - 15 hours catch up, then monthly 3 - 5 hours. Can be done remotely. Just need the information to be put into the program.
