We're looking for a dynamic VA/Tech VA and/or OBM who understands business operations, automations and workflows, but also loves to think and work creatively and collaboratively.
The ideal candidate has experience working with Zapier, ClickUp and/or Boost.Space, and can make recommendations of how to add automations for smooth business operations both internally and for the customer. You love to work independently, yet also love to brainstorm to find the best solution. You have great communications skills, and attention to detail. You have a positive, upbeat and joyful attitude also love having fun at your job, as every day is different. Work may still feel like "work" but you know you're good at what you do and love to do it. Some marketing experience helpful, especially if you are familiar with Google and FB Ads.
About us: we are a boutique business coaching firm for heart-centered entrepreneurs. We partner with our clients to help them streamline their operations, and reignite the passion they once felt when they started their business. Most of our clients are female-owned and operated small businesses, both locally and internationally. Most of them have some sort of spiritual component to their business, and believe as we do that the Universe has your back.

The company is based in California, on PST time zone - we've had incredible VA support based all over the world, but are ideally looking for someone who can work 10am - 5pm PST, M-F. We are able to work out extended hours on certain days (either earlier or later.) You have your own computer and internet - able to work remotely but may require in person working together 1-2 times/month.
We'd love to start with a small project first to see how we work together, and the role would open up to part time, and then full time if you are interested and as business allows.
