The Family Law Paralegal is a full time and temp to hire position located in Arroyo Grande, CA. Hours are from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate between $25 and $32/hr (DOE).
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists with case planning, development, and management
Conducts legal research
Interviews clients
Drafts and analyzes legal documents
Collects, complies and utilizes technical information, to make recommendations to an attorney
Skills & Qualifications
Experience required
Knowledge of Essential Forms, Word/Word Perfect, Outlook, Adobe
Good people and writing skills imperative
Driver's License is helpful but not required
Confidentiality and confidence are a must
