Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work. Must be 18 years or older. Must not be a jerk. This starting position will be part-time only for the moment. You must be able to follow direction and be nice to the customers and do your job correctly. Must not be afraid of heights, and you should be comfortable on ladders as well. Depending on your experience and how well you work out through training, your proficiency and efficiency will determine your ultimate pay between $17 and $22 an hour and possibly commissions also.
You will be cleaning outdoor windows, indoor windows and you will learn how to walk on roofs properly and clean solar panels. You will learn how to use a pressure washer and a deionizing water machine as well to purify the water. Be able to dress for the occasion- sometimes it’s hot, sometimes it’s cold. You are looking to grow professionally and personally. You are eager to learn and can take constructive criticism without getting offended.
