Maintain the cleanliness of guest corridors, lobbies, vending areas, public restrooms, elevators, etc. and all assigned areas of the property. Completion of special projects, assisting of Room Attendants and Laundry Attendant as assigned by Executive Housekeeper.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to Company Core Values, Mission Statement and Ayres Way.
Performs all training of new public area attendant team members.
Cleans, stocks, and maintains lobbies, guest corridors, vending areas, public restrooms, elevators, etc. and assigned areas of the property.
Sweep and vacuum carpets. Polish furniture and fixtures.
Make sofa beds upon guest’s requests.
Maintain cleanliness and re‐stock all storage rooms with required linen and supplies. Follow company Housekeeping Policy as stated in the Employee Handbook.
Adhere to company Lost and Found policy and procedures. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Report maintenance issues to Executive Housekeeper by completing a work order. Perform duties assigned by Executive Housekeeper or Hotel Management Staff.
Responsible for working in a safe and conscientious manner. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Conduct self in a friendly and attentive manner during all guest encounters.
Assist guest with any request and communicates request to appropriate departments.
Maintains, cleans, restocks towels and assist guest at the pool area.
