Responsibilities:
Assist customers in-person and over the phone with their parts inquiries and orders
Provide knowledgeable guidance on automotive parts and accessories to meet customers' needs
Utilize computerized inventory systems to accurately track and locate parts
Process parts orders, including invoicing and payment transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department and inventory storage areas
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations of the parts department
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
Familiarity with automotive parts terminology and inventory management systems is a plus
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and inventory software
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
