JOB DESCRIPTION: This is an all around maintenance position for a property management firm that is looking to add to our team. Our maintenance workers rotate weeks of being on call and so the position requires a willingness to be on call for one week at a time every 5 - 6 weeks and sometimes on major holidays, depending on how the schedule falls.
REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of plumbing experience; 1 year of professional painting experience; 2 years of rough carpentry (framing) experience; 2 years of finish carpentry experience; 2 years of general maintenance experience. Must have a truck and tools. Truck must be capable of towing a trailer to the dump. Good communication skills required.
COMPENSATION: Starts at $20 per hour plus benefits. Hourly pay depends on experience. Mileage reimbursement paid at 58 cents per mile. Benefits include paid time off, paid vacations on recognized holidays, and health/dental/vision insurance.
