Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Residential Painter who is skilled in interior and exterior painting techniques. Responsibilities:
1. Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.

3. Ensure proper mixing and matching of paint colors to achieve desired results.
4. Repair cracks, holes, and other imperfections in surfaces prior to painting.
5. Protect furniture, floors, and other surfaces from paint splatter and damage during the painting process.
6. Follow safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment while working.
7. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the painting project.
9. Complete painting projects within established timeframes and budget constraints.
10. Assist with other tasks as needed, such as minor carpentry repairs or surface preparation.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a residential painter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
2. Proficiency in various painting techniques, including brushwork, rolling, and spraying.
3. Excellent color matching and mixing skills.
