The Carlton Hotel in Atascadero is hiring for a full time Maintenance person. Candidates must be reliable, honest and have recent, relevant experience. Email Resumes Only.
Job Duties include:
- Repairing/Maintaining the building and grounds as needed
- Basic knowledge of general construction, plumbing, electric, and hydraulic systems
- General grounds maintenance (light landscaping/clearing of walk-ways)
- Light carpentry
- Painting
- Basic HVAC
- Coordinating with maintenance related vendors
- All other duties as assigned by a manager/supervisor
Additional requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for lengthy periods of time
- Must be able to crawl/climb into tight spaces
- Must be able to climb/balance self
- Must be able to use arms/hands/fingers
- Must be able to do basic arithmetic
- Must be able to read, write and type
- Must be able to use basic hand tools
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment a plus
