General Maintenance

General Maintenance Technician needed for a commercial company based in Arroyo Grande. Hiring ASAP. Serving Central Coast from Paso Robles to Lompoc. Applicants must have license in good standing for 3 years (use of company vehicle during work) and able to lift 50+ lbs. This position often requires climbing ladders and cleaning roofs/rain gutters. Other Job Duties: Numerous sites require weekly maintenance consisting of general clean up of debris, trash, spills, homeless encampments, human waste and graffiti removal or paint-overs. In addition, there are regular call-ins to haul away items such as furniture, tires, appliances, etc. Other miscellaneous tasks arise from time to time.
