Job Title: Cannabis Cultivation Technician
Job Description:
Surific Farms is a family owned, vertically integrated Cannabis cultivation company that recently opened in Paso Robles, CA.
The Cannabis Cultivation Technician will work with management to be responsible for the cultivation of adult-use Cannabis on a large farm in Paso Robles, CA. Duties include day-to-day plant care of high-quality Cannabis. This is a great opportunity to be introduced to the Cannabis industry, and there is room to grow within the company as the company grows. Payment is dependent on experience but will start at $18/hour if hired. Employment desired to start as soon as possible.
Day to day Plant Care includes
- Ensuring high product quality, cleanliness, efficiency of workplace
- Ensure plant health
- All duties to ensure clean and safe cultivation facility
- Watering
- Planting
- Pruning
- Handling Organic Pesticides
Requirements:
- Must be 21+
- Driver’s license
- Must be able to handle basic physical labor
- Ability to reliably be at work on time
- Ability to work with a team
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Preferred (but not required) Qualifications
- Agricultural or Cannabis experience
- Mechanically inclined
- Conversational Spanish
