We are looking for an energetic, positive individual to work as a Human Resources Clerk at our company headquarters in San Luis Obispo. Responsibilities include filing and processing paperwork.
This is a regular full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry
Maintain employee files on site, and manage files sent off-site for storage
File and process paperwork
Open and sort daily mail
Assist with distributing name tags and years of service pins
Perform physical tasks including, but not limited to, bending, stretching, reaching, and stooping
Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to provide a safe and positive work environment
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
Must pass pre-employment screening and clearances.
Must sign Lindamood-Bell’s Confidentiality Agreement.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $17.00 per hour.
